Privacy Policy

Early access, pre-launch · Effective 31 July 2026

This policy covers the Way Home early-access signup only. It is separate from the policy of the other service on this domain (Lovolve); the two do not share data. When the app ships, a separate policy for the app will replace this one.

1. What we collect

Signup has two steps. Step 2 is optional — skipping it does not affect your signup.

StepWhatHow
1
(signup)
Email address, and the fact that you ticked the consent box You type it
Device type (iOS/Android/other), browser string (User-Agent), where you came from (referrer, link parameters such as utm_source), an internal reference id Generated on visit
2
(optional)
Which habit you want to build, how often you commute, whether your route is fixed, whether your evenings are free You tap or type it

We do not collect your name, phone number, date of birth, address, payment details, or location. No payment is taken at this stage.

The habit question in step 2 is a statement of interest, not of health status. It is not used for any diagnosis or treatment purpose.

2. Why we collect it

We will not send you advertising and will not pitch you other products. Launch emails only — nothing else.

3. How long we keep it

Deletion means removal from the database; backup copies are removed within the backup rotation.

4. Who processes it (and where)

We do not sell or share your data. We do use the following providers to run the service. The database itself is stored in the Seoul region; the company operating it is US-based, and hosting and analytics traffic passes through servers outside Korea.

ProviderPurposeDataLocation

Transfer happens over the network at the moment you load the page or press the signup button.

You can decline this transfer — but the signup cannot run without that infrastructure, so declining means you cannot sign up. If you change your mind after signing up, ask us to delete your record.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser keeps you out of the statistics and does not affect signup. To opt out of Google's collection specifically, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

There are no advertising or retargeting pixels on this page.

6. Your rights

Email us from the address you signed up with and we will act within 10 days and confirm when it's done. You may ask us to:

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to a copy of your data in portable form, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
