카드 번호 · 청구지 주소 · 이름은 판매 대행자 Paddle.com 이 받고, 회사에는 오지 않습니다.
이용자의 코드 · 대화 내용 · 파일 · 플러그인이 쌓는 기록(정한 것 · 해 봤는데 안 된 것 등)은 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 이 기록은 이용자의 컴퓨터에만 저장됩니다.
마지막으로 쓰신 날부터 1년 뒤 지웁니다. 유료 이용권 기록(라이선스 키 · 등록하신 컴퓨터 · 제품 칸)은 구독이 끝난 날부터 1년 뒤 지웁니다. 환불된 이용권의 기록만은 같은 분의 반복 환불을 확인하기 위해 환불한 날부터 3년 보관한 뒤 지웁니다. 결제 기록은 판매자인 Paddle이 법이 정한 기간 보관합니다.
서비스를 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 맡기며, 그중 외국 업체로는 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. 이전 근거는 개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제3호(계약 이행에 필요한 처리 위탁·보관으로서 이 방침에 공개한 경우)입니다.

Card numbers, billing address and name are collected by our reseller Paddle.com and are not shared with us. Your code, conversations, files and the records the plugin keeps are never sent to our server; they stay on your computer. Processors and international transfers: Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK, also processed by Paddle entities in the USA, Ireland and Canada; privacy@paddle.com) for payments, tax, receipts and refunds — we send the plan and subscription number (when you change plans) and receive your email, order number and payment status; information you enter directly on Paddle's checkout is governed by Paddle's own policy as the seller. Vercel Inc. (USA; privacy@vercel.com) hosts this website — IP address, access time and browser details, deleted within one day. Plus Five Five, Inc. — Resend (USA, sending from Tokyo, Japan; privacy@resend.com) sends your licence key by email — email address and licence key, logs deleted after 30 days. Supabase stores our server data in Seoul, Republic of Korea. You can object to these transfers by emailing us, but they are required to buy and use a subscription. Retention: we delete your data one year after you last use the service. Subscription records (licence key, registered computers, product slots) are deleted one year after the subscription ends. Only for a refunded subscription do we keep its records for three years from the refund, to detect repeated refunds. Payment records are kept by Paddle, the seller, for the period required by law.
