1. 제공자와 판매 대행

야간비행(이하 「서비스」)은 주식회사 포그리드(이하 「회사」)가 제공합니다. 주문은 온라인 판매 대행자 Paddle.com 이 처리합니다. Paddle.com 이 모든 주문의 판매자(Merchant of Record)이며, 결제 · 세금 · 영수증 · 환불 처리를 맡습니다.

2. 서비스 내용

서비스는 Claude Code 플러그인과 단계별 작업 안내를 내려 주는 서버로 이루어집니다. 플러그인은 이용자의 컴퓨터에서 동작하며, 이용자가 제품을 만들 때 정한 것 · 해 봤는데 안 된 것 · 출시 절차를 기록하고 보여 줍니다. 무료와 이용권의 차이는 가격에 있습니다.

3. 라이선스 키

• 라이선스 키 하나는 한 사람이 쓰는 것입니다. 그 사람의 컴퓨터 3대까지 등록할 수 있고, 4대째를 쓰시려면 등록된 컴퓨터 하나를 풀어야 합니다.
• 다른 사람에게 넘기거나 여러 사람이 나눠 쓸 수 없습니다.
• 키를 잃어버리셨으면 결제한 메일 주소로 문의해 주십시오.

4. 구독 · 갱신 · 해지

• 구독은 월 또는 연 단위로 자동 갱신됩니다.
• 해지는 Paddle 영수증 메일의 링크나 문의 메일로 하실 수 있고, 해지해도 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 쓰실 수 있습니다. 환불은 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
• 갱신 결제가 실패하면 7일 동안 그대로 쓰실 수 있고, 그 사이 결제 수단을 바꾸시면 이어집니다.

5. 가격 변경

가격을 올릴 때는 두 달 전에 메일로 알립니다. 새 가격은 알린 뒤 첫 갱신부터 적용되며, 그 전에 해지하실 수 있습니다.

6. 환불

환불 정책을 따릅니다.

7. 하지 않으셔야 할 것

• 라이선스 키를 공유 · 재판매하거나, 제품 칸 제한을 우회하는 것
• 서버에 비정상적으로 많은 요청을 보내거나 다른 이용자의 자리 번호로 요청하는 것

8. 서비스가 보장하지 않는 것

• 스토어 심사 통과나 출시 성공을 보장하지 않습니다.
• 출시 절차 정보는 각 기관의 공식 원문을 기준으로 적고 확인한 날을 함께 보여 드리지만, 법률 · 세무 자문이 아닙니다.
• AI가 만든 결과의 최종 판단은 이용자에게 있습니다.

9. 서비스 변경 · 중단

서비스를 중단할 때는 30일 전에 알리고, 남은 이용 기간에 해당하는 금액을 돌려드립니다.

10. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service

1. Provider and reseller

Nightflight (the "Service") is provided by Pawgrid Co., Ltd. (주식회사 포그리드, the "Company"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. The Service

The Service consists of a Claude Code plugin and a server that provides step-by-step work guides. The plugin runs on your computer and records and shows what you decided, what you tried that did not work, and the launch procedures for your product.

3. License keys

One license key is for one person, who may register up to 3 computers; to use a fourth, release one of the registered computers. Keys may not be transferred or shared between people.

4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time via the link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us, and keep access until the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, access continues for 7 days.

5. Price changes

We notify price increases by email two months in advance; the new price applies from the first renewal after notice.

6. Refunds

7. Prohibited use

Sharing or reselling license keys, circumventing product slot limits, sending abusive volumes of requests, or making requests with another user's seat ID.

8. No guarantee

We do not guarantee store review approval or launch success. Launch procedure information is based on official sources with the date we checked, but is not legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for decisions based on AI output.

9. Changes and discontinuation

If we discontinue the Service we will give 30 days' notice and refund the unused period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of jurisdiction.
